Hi Mandy, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you? My favorite affirmation is “Believe in yourself” is like having your own cheering squad inside your head! It means that no matter what, you trust that you can do things and that you’re awesome. It’s like when you’re learning to ride a bike – even if it’s a little tricky at first, you believe you can do it, and that makes you keep trying. It’s like having a secret power that helps you not give up, even when things are tough. I like it because it reminds me that I’m strong and can do cool stuff if I believe in me!
